Great Websites on Neurodiversity:
https://neurodivergentinsights.com/ - By a psychologist, Dr. Megan Anna Neff, who discovered when she was 37 years old that she is AuDHD (has ADD and Autism) as a high masking female. She has excellent resources you can trust! She describes her practice this way: “neurodivergent-affirming, evidence-based education, resources, and community support that centre lived experience, self-understanding, and nervous system regulation for late-identified AuDHD, autistic and ADHD adults.” Sign up for her newsletter and get access to her “Newsletter Vault” with more free resources!
